Paul O. Ibinaiye is a seasoned building professional and construction executive with over three decades of experience in building construction, structural supervision, project management and corporate leadership across Nigeria.
He began his formal technical training at the Government Technical College, where he obtained a City & Guilds of London Institute certification, before proceeding to Kwara Polytechnic (formerly Kwara State College of Technology) for an Ordinary National Diploma in Building Technology and later earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Building from the prestigious Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria. Mr. Paul O. Ibinaiye is a Member of the Nigerian Institute of Building (MNIOB) and the Council of Registered Builders of Nigeria (CORBON), professional affiliations that reflect his commitment to industry standards, ethical practice and excellence in the built environment. His professional career spans roles as Structural Design Supervisor at Tropicons Nigeria Ltd, Principal Manager at Building’s Ltd and currently Chief Executive Officer of Unitrust Nigeria Ltd, where he has provided strategic leadership and corporate direction since 2006. Over the course of his career, he has contributed to the successful execution of several landmark projects, including the Jalingo Airport, the Trauma Centre at the University of Abuja Teaching Hospital, Gwagwalada, Pinnacle Plaza (AGIP Office), Ponglomerape Plaza and Commodity Plaza, projects that underscore his technical competence and impact on Nigeria’s infrastructure development. Happily married with children, Paul O. Ibinaiye enjoys working, driving, reading and travelling. He is widely respected for his professional integrity, leadership excellence and enduring contributions to the building and construction industry.
