Akin Osanaiye is an alumnus of AhmaduBello University, Zaria, and the Universityof Abuja, Abuja
He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and an Associate Member of both the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria and the Chartered Institute of Stock brokers among others. He served as the Head of Internal Audit at the University of Abuja for over 20 years. He currently serves as the Director of Internal Audit at the National Institute for Legislative and Democratic Studies (NILDS), Abuja—an agency under the National Assembly—where he provides strategic leadership in governance, risk management, and accountability. A distinguished auditor par excellence, Akin has earned a reputation for professionalism, integrity, and strict adherence to ethical standards. He has been the Financial Secretary/Treasurer of Awemi Club since its inception, contributing to transparent financial management and prudent stewardship. He is also the Chairman of the Abuja Branch of the Iyara Development Association, underscoring his commitment to community advancement and responsible leadership. Through his various roles, he continues to exemplify excellence, service, and unwavering dedication to institutional growth and community development.
